ALBI STEEL - PLUS - FEATURES AND BENEFITS

ALBI STEEL - PLUS is a white water based intumescent coating for the fire protection of internal steelwork.

WHERE CAN IT BE USED?

ALBI STEEL - PLUS is for INTERIOR use on structural steelwork to achieve 30 or 60 minutes fire resistance in accordance with BS 476 : Part 21.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When exposed to fire the ALBI STEEL - PLUS coating system reacts to form a dense insulative barrier which minimises heat transfer delaying collapse of structural steel components for the period specified.
